Our goal is to securely package items in great condition and get them to you safely. Should anything happen during shipping, packages do have insurance.
All Orders shipped to the USA are now insured by default (you can not opt out of this coverage). Any items damaged in transit can be claimed with USPS directly. Please file a claim with at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The senders name and address (that’s us) is on the shipping label.
In all cases, keep the original packaging and shipping boxes, and take clear pictures of the damage to both.
We do NOT ship damaged POPs out to customers, so if you send us a picture of a destroyed box where it clearly wasn’t caused by shipping, we won’t be able to help you. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the prevalence of scammers in the collectible buyers market sadly ruins it for everyone else.
