We are not currently ordering in any stock on request. Your best bet for vaulted or hard to find items not listed on our site is through private sellers, however keep an eye on Latest Additions as this is where all new stock is posted as it becomes available to us.
The team at Ozzie are constantly adding and altering products based on their availability with us and our distributors. It may be that the product you’re after has recently sold out or been cancelled, or simply that it is not available to us yet as an Australian retailer— keep an eye on our Latest Additions page.
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival and provides customers with the intended release date of pre-order products. These are the official dates as provided by our distributor and are unfortunately not within our control. Any changes to these dates are updated immediately on site and customers with pre-orders will receive notification alerting them to this change. Cancellations of pre-orders with altered ETA dates are still subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We do not currently offer express shipping. All orders are sent out via Australia Post standard shipping.
